**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As the Program Management Office (PMO) Lead, you will sit within the Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics (ED&AA) global function. **How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of ED&AA’s PMO in alignment with Siemen Energy’s strategy to become a data-driven company by:

- Creating a communication and change management strategy to ramp up data & analytics usage across the organization
- Raise data literacy and awareness across the organization
- Manage critical vendors in the delivery and execution of initiatives
- Drives definition of PMO processes and tools to support a consistent methodology for all enterprise programs and projects
- Ensures effective project and portfolio decision support through design and provision of appropriate reports and reporting cadence to governance board, ED&AA leadership, project managers and business owners
- Supports executive reporting that includes board read outs, KPIs, project health and status, inclusive of financials and resource utilization
- Monitor, plan and execute progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate and timely communication to all pertinent stakeholders
- Identify and implement processes/services that build relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Facilitate relationships with various stakeholders including vendors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and value
- Synthesize key insights, highlighting gaps, identifying pain points, and understanding opportunity for value while tracking milestones and deliverables across the team
- Experience in managing, supervising and empowering team members that inspires individual contributor’s creativity, development and learning objectives especially surrounding data literacy

**What You Bring**
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
- Experienced digital transformation leader with practical knowledge and execution of change management, communication, and training
- Experience and working knowledge (10+ years) with Digital initiatives, Data Analytics projects, or Software Development within a large, multi-national organisation
- Excellent understanding of portfolio and project management methodologies, tools and techniques in waterfall, lean and agile environments
- Experience in managing, supervising and empowering team members that inspires individual contributor’s creativity, development and learning objectives
- Substantial experience of establishing program management frameworks within large, complex, global organisations
- Advanced knowledge and experience of managing projects/progammes/portfolio
- Strong, well-developed communication skills and persuasiveness, coupled with a confident demeanor and sharp business acumen
- Experienced in the use of project management and collaboration software (e.g., Smartsheet/MS Project/JIRA/Trello) and MS Office suite
