In qualità di ambasciatore dei prodotti e dei servizi di Eataly, l' **Assistente alle vendite al dettaglio** ha la responsabilità di contribuire a creare e mantenere esperienze di qualità per ogni ospite che viene a Eataly. Gli ambasciatori di Eataly sono tenuti a interagire attivamente con gli ospiti e a trascorrere del tempo di qualità con ciascun cliente.

Areas of activity
- Fornire un servizio clienti rapido, efficiente e amichevole.
- Assistere i clienti: Accompagnandoli ai prodotti che stanno cercando; Consegnare prodotti fuori portata; Carico o scarico di oggetti pesanti; Annotare e inoltrare suggerimenti o richieste dei clienti; Facilitare il pagamento del cliente alla cassa.
- Ricevere le consegne dei prodotti, garantire l'accuratezza dell'ordine e della fattura e identificare le discrepanze.
- Garantire che tutti i prodotti alimentari siano presentati e commercializzati secondo standard di qualità.
- Efficace coordinamento delle scorte e dello stoccaggio dei prodotti alimentari.
- Comunicare in modo rispettoso ed efficace con i clienti in ogni momento.
- Comunicare in modo rapido ed efficiente esigenze alimentari, aggiustamenti e problemi al Food Manager.
- Mantenere un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e pulito in conformità con tutte le procedure dipartimentali e le normative federali e statali.
- Eseguire lavori di pulizia leggeri come richiesto, come spazzare, spolverare e smaltire gli imballaggi.
- Lavorare in team con i colleghi; mantenere un atteggiamento positivo e la volontà di aiutare gli altri.
- Puntualità: rispettare l'orario di lavoro e presentarsi al lavoro in orario.
- Aderire a tutte le procedure, le politiche, le aspettative e gli standard di qualità dell'azienda e del dipartimento.

Qualifiche
- Dimostrata capacità di comprendere e attuare istruzioni scritte e verbali.
- Preferibile precedente esperienza nel servizio clienti in un negozio di alimentari.
- Capacità di comunicare in modo efficace con i colleghi, la direzione e gli ospiti.
- Capacità física di lavorare sotto pressione (in piedi, piegati, curvi, ecc.).
- Capacità di sollevare scatole fino a 50 libbre.
- Capacità di seguire le istruzioni.
- Si richiedono competenze di base in matematica, logica e informatica.
- Conoscenza del tedesco (fluente) o dell'inglese (fluente). La lingua italiana è un vantaggio.

As an ambassador of Eataly products and services, the?Retail Sales Assistant?is responsible for helping to create and maintain quality experiences for each guest that comes to Eataly. Eataly ambassadors are expected to actively engage with guests and spend quality time with each customer.?

Areas of activity
- Provide fast, efficient and friendly customer service.?
- Assisting customers by: ?Escorting them to the products they are looking for; Handing products that are out of reach; Loading or unloading heavy items; Noting and relaying customer suggestions or requests; Facilitating customer payment at checkout.
- Receiving product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
- Ensure that all food products are laid out and marketed according to quality standards.
- Effective coordination of stock and storage of food products.
- Communicating respectfully and effectively with customers at all times.
- Quickly and efficiently communicating food needs, adjustments and problems to the Food Manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with all departmental procedures and federal and state regulations.
- Perform light cleaning duties as required such as sweeping, dusting and disposal of packaging.
- Working as a team with colleagues; maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Punctuality - adhering to work schedule and showing up for work on time.
- Adhering to all company and department procedures, policies, expectations and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to understand and implement written and verbal instructions.?
- Previous customer service experience in a grocery shop preferred.?
