**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Keep the café consistently clean, organized, and business-ready
- Cover various shifts (morning, evening, weekend) to serve breakfast, drinks, and snacks
- Collaborate with the Community Manager and Venue Sales Manager to facilitate smooth event operations
- Maintain and replenish vending machines to keep them appealing
- Stay up to date on all health and safety policies
- Assist the Marketing Team with social media content creation
- Support reception duties and utilize company software to ensure seamless operations (check-ins, key encoding, guest assistance, etc.)

**Your profile**:

- You already have experience in the F&B area or similar
- You also believe that a good coffee can make the difference in any day
- You love coffee and food and always want to try new trends
- You genuinely love working with people. You enjoy open communication, are fluent in English (written and spoken, German is a big plus) and you are a friendly and outgoing person face to face
- You are happy to work in a startup environment and have a strong “hands-on” mentality
- You are available for morning shifts starting at 6.30 am as well as weekend shifts
