**Job Description**:
**Location**
- Hybrid in Karlsruhe, Germany

**Responsibilities**
- Lead both in-person and remote training courses for new clients onboarding our software
- Assist in the design and implementation of new E-learning training courses for our PROCAD brand’s customers and partners
- Support in setting up our PRO.FILE eLearning and eCampus Training Area
- Conceptualize, plan and implement training from the creation of the training content to the implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 50% Travel to Office (Karlsruhe) and Clients
- Experience with SaaS Product Training to External Clients

**Preferred**
- Experience with Product Data or Document Management Systems (PDM, CAD, DMS)
- Experience with IT product training or education
- Experience with Business Processes in Machine or Plant Construction Industry
