**One-Liner**: Dein Ziel ist die Sicherstellung eines stetigen Stroms wertvoller Produktinkremente aller Plattform Teams.
**Owner**: Du beherrschst die gesamte Plattform als Produkt, sowohl in technischer als auch in organisatorischer Hinsicht. Du etablierst Dich als Ansprechpartner: in für alle internen Stakeholder: innen, als kompetente Anlaufstelle und kannst den technischen Aspekt in Kunden: innenprojekten vertreten.
**Executioner**: Du verantwortest die Produkt-Backlogs Abstimmung, zerlegst die Anforderungen in Epics und Aufgaben, um Team-Sprints zu planen und effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige Produktinkremente zu erzielen.
**Planner**: Du setzt Prioritäten und verfolgst team
- und funktionsübergreifende Aktivitäten, um kurzfristige Meilensteine abzustimmen und maßgeblich zur Roadmap beizutragen.
Dein Profil
**Education**: Deine Ausbildung hilft Dir, komplexe technische Probleme im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien oder der Cloud / IoT schnell zu verstehen.
**Experience**: Deine Erfahrung von mindestens 5 Jahren in leistungsstarken Entwicklungsteams, davon mindestens 3 Jahren mit organisatorischer Verantwortung sind die besten Voraussetzungen, um die Herausforderung als Lead Product Owner: in bei gridX anzunehmen.
**Mindset**: Um Deine Arbeit auszuführen, findest Du schnell die richtige Balance zwischen Details und dem großen Ganzen. Du brauchst keine Aufgaben, die Dir zugewiesen werden, Du findest diese selbst und führst sie selbstständig aus.
**Strengths**: Kommunikation ist der Schlüssel zur Motivation und Überzeugung von Teammitgliedern und Interessengruppen. Darüber hinaus bist Du bestrebt, neue Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten selbst zu erkunden und bei Bedarf Unterstützung anzufordern. Deine Sprachkenntnisse machen es Dir möglich, Deine Rolle in deutscher und englischer Sprache auszuüben.
**Specialities**: Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit der übergreifenden Organisation von mehreren Entwicklungssprints gesammelt? Das handwerkliche Geschick aus dem Projektmanagement konntest Du in Deiner Karriere bereits aufbauen? Du bist mit Cloud und Plattform Produkten vertraut? Du kannst zwischen einer guten und einer weniger guten Softwarearchitektur unterscheiden?
