- STELLENBESCHREIBUNG
- Als Gebietsverkaufsleiter für die Region West-Deutschland sind Sie für die Ausweitung des Marktanteils und die Steigerung des Produktabsatzes im Bereich der Augenchirurgie verantwortlich. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, neue Kunden zu akquirieren, bestehende Kunden zu betreuen und ein stabiles Netzwerk aufzubauen. Darüber hinaus leiten Sie Verkaufsaktivitäten, führen Produktschulungen durch und repräsentieren das Unternehmen bei verschiedenen internen und externen Veranstaltungen. Damit tragen Sie zum allgemeinen Wachstum und Erfolg von BVI in Deutschland bei.
- **Key Responsibilities**
- AUFGABEN
Eigenständige Ausweitung des Marktanteils und Steigerung des Produktabsatzes
- Akquise von Neukunden und Betreuung von Bestandskunden
- Aufbau und Pflege eines zuverlässigen Netzwerks von Influencern
- Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsvorbereitungen, Angebotskalkulationen und Nachfassaktionen
- Umsetzung von effektiven Marketingstrategien im Vertriebsbereich
- Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen, Projektidentifikation und -betreuung
Effiziente Koordination von Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Kunden und der Unterstützung von Chirurgen/Assistenten bei chirurgischen Eingriffen
- Absolvierung interner Schulungen und Weiterbildungen in der Augenchirurgie
- Teilnahme an Firmenveranstaltungen, Messen und Kongressen

**Qualification**
- ERFORDERLICHE KENNTNISSE, FÄHIGKEITEN UND FERTIGKEITEN
- Muttersprachlich Deutsch - Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Medizintechnik
- oder Pharmabranche
Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit Geschäfte abzuschließen
- Eine ausgeprägte Netzwerkfähigkeit und hohes Selbstvertrauen
- Fähigkeit selbständig, aber auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft für mehrtägige Geschäftsreisen mit Hotelübernachtung
- Kenntnisse im Klinik-/Praxisaußendienst, insbesondere mit chirurgischer Erfahrung
- Augenchirurgie, einschließlich refraktiver Chirurgie wären von Vorteil
Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Sales Force und Power BI
