**We seek**:
In the Faculty III: School of Economic Disciplines,, we are looking for a researcher as of the 01.02.2023 at the following conditions:

- 100% = 39,83 hours
- Pay grade 13 TV-L
- limited 31.01.2025

**Your tasks**:

- Conception, implementation, analysis, interpretation and publication of independent and innovative research in the field of interaction design for human-AI cooperation with the aim of a PhD.
- Working in a research project on collaboration with AI-based system at work, in an interdisciplinary team. The project will examine how a cooperation between humans and algorithmic agents can and ought to be designed. Potential designs will be examined with regard to three potentially competing objectives: performance, satisfaction and accountability.
- Supporting teaching in the field of human-computer interaction
- Teaching duties: initially 4 semester hours per week

**Your profile**:

- Very good Master’s degree in computer science, human-computer-interaction, or related degree
- Very good knowledge in the field of human-computer interaction
- Very good knowledge of scientific methodology (qualitative, quantitative)
- Good prototyping experience
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, and good knowledge or willingness to learn German
- Previous experience with scientific writing is desirable, e.g., in the form of publications
- Willingness to perform, ability to work in a team, communicative and organizational skills
