Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf einen Senior Strategic Planner (m/w/d).

**Deine Aufgaben**

Du arbeitest in einem Strategie-Team für große, erfolgreiche Marken, nationale und internationale Kunden und bist bei ausgewählten Projekten der Ansprechpartner, wenn es um die strategische Marken
- und Kommunikationsberatung geht. Grundsätzlich geht es darum, den Markt zu verstehen, sozio-kulturelle Strömungen zu erkennen, Konsumentenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren, um daraus mit unseren Kreationsteams erfolgreiche Strategien und Kommunikationslösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln. Konkrete Einzelaufgaben im Berufsalltag sind:

- Durchführung von Markt-, Wettbewerbs
- und Kommunikationsanalysen
- Auswertung von qualitativer und quantitativer Marktforschung
- Konsumentenanalysen und Identifizierung von Consumer Insights
- Entwicklung von Markenpositionierungen und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Erstellung und Durchführung inspirierender Briefings für die Kreation
- Planung und Durchführung von Workshops mit Kunden

**Dein Profil**‍
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Medien-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie
- Du bringst mindestens 4 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, vorzugsweise aus dem Planning oder anderen Bereichen des strategischen Marketings
- Du hast Erfahrung mit quantitativer und qualitativer Marktforschung
- Du liebst kreatives Denken und Ideen, bringst jedoch auch analytisches Denken und Abstraktionsvermögen mit
- Du bist neugierig auf neue kulturelle und soziale Trends und deren Einfluss auf die Meinungen, das Verhalten und die Wahrnehmung von Verbrauchern
- Du kannst deine Gedanken in überzeugende Präsentationen umsetzen und diese auch vermitteln
- Du kannst dich sehr sicher auf Englisch ausdrücken
