Für unsere spannenden nationalen und internationalen Kunden aus verschiedenen Branchen suchen wir baldmöglich eine:n **(Senior) Strategic Planner (w/m/d)**, um unser Team bei der Umsetzung von strategischen Marketing-und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen zu unterstützen.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du entwickelst mit Leidenschaft umfassende Marketing
- und Kommunikationsstrategien
- Du bist gemeinsam mit Deinem Team stets ein inspirierender Sparringspartner und Impulsgeber über das Tagesgeschäft hinaus für Kunden, Kreation und Beratung
- Du hast Lust darauf, Dich bei Neugeschäften zu engagieren und überzeugst bei Kundenpräsentationen
- Du bist neugierig auf der Suche nach Erkenntnissen von Konsumentenverhalten, Lifestyles sowie Kauf
- und Nutzungsverhalten
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und motivierst Dich gemeinsam mit Deinem Team zu Höchstleistungen
- Du managst mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig, behältst dabei stets die Ruhe und weißt welches Projekt Priorität hat
- Du planst und moderierst Kundenworkshops mit großer Leidenschaft
- Du entwickelst interne und externe Seminar-Inhalte, Fachvorträge und Beiträge
- Du bist stets neugierig auf die Welt da draußen und bist in der Welt von aktuellen Trends zu Hause
- Du verstehst Menschen und weißt, was sie antreibt

**Dein Profil**
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre praxiserprobtes Wissen aus einer internationalen Werbe-/Kommunikationsagentur mit
- Du besitzt eine hohe Sicherheit in der Kundenbetreuung und -führung und Beratungssicherheit in Konsumenten-Marktforschung
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Leidenschaft für Marken, Ideen und Kreation und Empathie für Zielgruppen und deren Gefühlswelt
- Du besitzt ein sehr gutes Trendgespür für neue Werbeformen und -kanäle
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches, konzeptionelles und kreatives Denken
- Dank Deiner Hands-on-Mentalität teilst Du Deine strategischen Gedanken und Konzepte gerne mit Deinem Team und präsentierst diese hervorragend
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
