Als (Junior) Legal Counsel(all genders) bist du für die Next Big Thing AG und alle ihre verbundenen Unternehmen in sämtlichen Rechtsfragen verantwortlich:

- Du unterstützt die rechtliche Validierung von Geschäftsideen im Rahmen unseres Visionarie-Programmes
- Betreue die NBT bei der Gründung ihrer Ventures in rechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Verantworte die ganzheitliche, rechtliche Betreuung der NBT und ihrer Ventures im Tagesgeschäft in den verschiedensten zivilrechtlichen Bereichen, unter anderem bei (gesellschafts-, schuld-, arbeits
- IT- und urheberrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie bei der Vertragserstellung, -prüfung und -verhandlung) und bei der Begleitung von Finanzierungsrunden
- Kümmere Dich um die Bereiche Datenschutz und Compliance bei der NBT (in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer externen Datenschutzbeauftragten) und kKoordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Kanzleien

- Du hast dein erstes Staatsexamen erfolgreich bestanden und hast Interesse an der Start-Up / Venture Capital-Welt
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse / Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Gesellschaftsrecht und Vertragsrecht bringst Du schon mit
- Idealerweise hast Du durch Dein Schwerpunkt-Studium oder durch vorherige Nebentätigkeiten Kenntnisse in einem anderen für uns relevanten Rechtsgebiet sammeln können
- Du bringst die für die Start-up-Szene erforderliche “hands-on Mentalität” mit
- Kommunikationsstark überzeugst Du Deine Stakeholder mit fließenden Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
- Die StartUp / Venture Capital-Szene reizt Dich und schafft das Umfeld für Wachstum und Entwicklung, welches Du Dir vorstellst
