Head of Industrialization

Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is offering a complete range of innovative high-quality Antenna and Antenna Line Devices as an integral part of Ericsson Radio Systems. We are now looking for a committed leader for our industrialization organization within EAS R&D. A close cooperation within EAS R&D as well as other EAS organizations - especially Operations - will be part of the daily work. You will drive the continuous improvement activities within the own unit and actively encourage the collaboration across multiple functions in global Ericsson. A customer as well as human centric mindset and capable leadership are essential.
As Head of Industrialization you are a member of the EAS R&D leadership team.

**What you will do**
- Ensure EAS antenna building practice
- Drive EAS antenna prototyping (single parts, assembly groups and antennas)
- Develop production tools and equipment
- Ensure and optimize R&D material supply (material intake and outbound, e.g. early deliveries)
- Define tools and processes
- Continuously improve efficiency
- Facilitate and encourage cooperation with similar functions across BNEW
- Interface from R&D to Operations with regards to producibility engineering
- Develop competencies and performance related topics

**You will bring**
- A Master´s degree or PhD in industrial engineering, production technology or an equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience and track record in R&D and Industrialization within a volume production environment
- Proven experience in leading larger organizations and developing high energy, customer-centric and performance driven teams
- Technical understanding of Antenna and/or Radio technology and good understanding of the global Telecom/ICT industry is particularly advantageous
- Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
