Infineon Technologies is looking forward to working with the experienced talent for leading the Technical Marketing team for Intelligent Power Modules (IPM) product line at Seoul or Munich.

To strengthen our Product Line Intelligent Power Modules team, we are searching for the
**Head for Technical Marketing for our Intelligent Power Modules **product line.

Key responsibilities:

- Define & own Best-in Class product definitions for all smart molded modules (IPM), capture right fit product requirements, datasheets, refence designs and design-in collateral in collaboration with leading customers
- Key influencer and technical interface to customers and R&D teams (molded modules, gate drivers, switches) for all smart molded modules
- Develop relationships and drive engagements with selected lead customers
- Pro-active part of product line IPM management team
- Lead a global team of Technical Marketing specialists: Product Definition Engineers, Product Application Engineers, System Architects

Your profile:

- You are eager to extend your knowledge and have the ability to understand both details and the big picture/helicopter view.
- You are open-minded, like to explore new paths and develop innovative solutions, like to raise the bar.
- Furthermore, you bring in excellent communication skills, foster an open communication climate and know how to establish lasting relationships in global and cross-functional project teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- **Influencing skills that resonate with key customers and key technical community, the ability to create (buy-in for) Best-in Class product definitions.**:

- Willingness to take ownership and drive decisions pro-actively and independently while assessing potential risk
- Strong presentation capabilities and ability to build interest and credibility with customers
- **Proven ability to lead global teams and develop all team members individually and effectively**
- Willingness to travel regularly worldwide
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Work experience in Automotive or Energy conversion is a plus.

Our site in Korea is located in Seoul and incorporates both Sales & Marketing as well as Central Functions.
