Senior Technical Support Specialist

As we continually strive to improve and expand our product range based on our insights, we’re looking for a new Senior Technical Support Specialist (M/F/d) to help continue our success across the region.

The position is offered on a Hybrid working basis with travel to our Munich office as required.
What you will do- Act as the central point of contact for our service partners for all technical questions relating to repair processes and product replacement- Coordinate and monitor incoming support requests and ensure that they are processed efficiently- Ensure technical documentation is adjusted for the region- Monitor product and service quality- Review and approve product replacement requests in close cooperation with the service partners- Work closely with the support office, Area Service Managers and the Contact Center to ensure optimal support for the service partners- Act as an interface between the local team and the European Headquarters and ensure a smooth flow of information- In challenging situations, maintain a calm approach and attention to detail whilst maintaining appropriate contact with our service partners
What you need to succeed-
- Ideally formally trained in Electrical Engineering or a comparable Technical degree or equivalent- Excellent German and English, both spoken and written- Analytical skills and the ability to quickly identify complex technical problems and find the appropriate solutions- A passion for service and a structured way of working to make processes efficient- A high level of communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues in an understandable way- A team-oriented approach- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
