**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Fachliche Beratung bei der Bewertung von Merger & Acquisitions Targets
- Informationsgenerierung durch projektbezogene Kommunikation mit internen Schnittstellen mit dem Ziel, die technische und kommerzielle Due Diligence in einem M&A Projekt zu steuern
- Fachliche Beratung bezüglich M&A Targets: Identifikation und technische und kommerzielle Bewertung von Windkraft
- und Photovoltaikanlagen (Brownfield/Bestand), die zum Verkauf stehen
- Präsentation dieser Informationen an den Kunden und Übergabe zur Freigabe und zur finalen Entscheidung
- Anbahnung und Beratung bei der Abwicklung von Transaktionen für den Erwerb von Anlagen-Assets auf der Grundlage von Informationen, die von Projektentwicklern und Partnern zur Verfügung gestellt werden
- Fachlicher (kommerzieller und technischer) Ansprechpartner für die Projektleiter
- Fachliche Beratung zur Aufstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen (DCF) der Bestandsanlagen unter Verwendung von Microsoft Excel: Kostenaufstellung für Windkraft
- und PV-Assets
- Aufstellung eines Repowering-Konzepts
- Wöchentliches Reporting des Projektfortschritts und Präsentation der Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen des Projektes an den Projektleiter/SVP unter Verwendung von Microsoft Power-Point

**Ihr Profil**:

- Fundierte Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement und Projektmanagement
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Renewables (Windkraft und/oder Photovoltaik) sowie in der Bewertung von Anlagen
- Kenntnisse der finanziellen Grundlagen im entsprechenden Themengebiet
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch
- und Englischkentnnisse
- M&A-Erfahrung sowie Erfahrung in Großkonzernen wünschenswert
