- Lead the local HSE strategy with the Plant Leadership Team
- Drive the site agenda as core member of Leadership Team
- Coach & support leaders and teams to drive right safety behaviours and mindset
- 0 injuries mindset & behaviour journey, aligned with global and regional Strategy
- Provide leadership to HSE organization
- Foster learning from the best of all and more in the regional HSE Community and beyond
- Coaching & development of the team

**Is this your profile?**
- Proven experience in operations and Work-Safety ideally within a leadership role
- Effective in building and maintaining trustful relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong affinity with Health, Safety and Environmental related matters
- Proven ability and drive to translate a roadmap into execution
- Experience in leading cultural transformation and drive a mindset & behavior change
- Ability to engage both teams and individuals to face challenging and changing situations
- Good English skills (written & spoken)
