Together with our partners we will provide a comprehensive product portfolio servicing a broad range of customer groups and creating a digital ecosystem to collectively improve the way we empower our planet.

We are looking for One more
We are hiring for a Business Development Representative (f/m/d) to work in our D/ON1.1 team.
**Tasks**:
- You will be creative with your lead generation style as you hunt for new accounts
- You will build and maintain good relationships with our customers
- You will gain tremendous business knowledge by understanding how our potential customer's businesses work, how their leadership is structured, and how we can solve their everyday pains
- Confidently overcome objections that come with prospecting and calling head-on, and use your training and knowledge to relay E.ON One value proposition to decision-makers
- Manage and track your pipeline information in Salesforce
- You will collaborate with our Sales, Products and Engineering teams to ensure a great customer experience
- Participation in industry events and fairs is a given
**Requirements**:
- You embody our core values. We are the One location where customers will go to get advice on digital energy solutions. We help Cities, Businesses and Grid Operators that are trying to navigate their way through the energy transition
- You thrive in a start-up culture where not everything is defined yet and you can develop your own way of working
- You have grit, the passion to succeed, and have endless curiosity. You are not afraid to step up to someone and introduce our offering
- You have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- You have an interest in energy and technology and want to understand how things work
- You are results-oriented - competitive interest in setting and blowing out goals, the status quo is not for you
- You are coachable - You have the ability to listen to constructive feedback and adjust accordingly
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Teams and Linkedin Navigator is preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required
