Group Controlling agiert als Business Partner für den Vorstand, um über relevante Geschäfts
- und Finanzinformationen zeitgerecht Entscheidungsgrundlagen zur Unternehmenssteuerung zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Gestalten Sie die Zukunft von Covestro als Group Controller für Finanzplanung und -prognose mit In dieser zentralen Rolle übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Ableitung von Zielvorgaben sowie die Gewinnung einer Konzerngesamtsicht für Geschäftsjahresplanung und mittelfristige Finanzplanung. Sie unterstützen Sie den Global Process Owner (GPO) Planung & Prognose bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Konsolidierung der finanziellen Planungsprozesse einschließlich Strategie
- und Investitionsplanung.

Ihre Aufgaben- Sie leisten die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Konsolidierung der Konzernsicht auf die jährliche und mittelfristige Geschäfts
- und Finanzplanung, einschließlich der Ableitung von Planungszielen und der Integration von Investitionsannahmen.- Als alleinverantwortlicher Ansprechpartner und Bindeglied fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zu den prozessbeteiligten Funktionen wie Investment Management, Strategie, IR, Bilanzierung, Steuern und Finanzierung.- In Ihrer Rolle als Business Partner unterstützen Sie die Konzernfunktionen bei angrenzenden Planungen für Finanzierung, Steuern, Investitionen, Nachhaltigkeit oder Werthaltigkeitsprüfungen.- Gemeinsam mit dem GPO entwickeln Sie die Planungsprozesse sowie die Planungsumgebung konzeptionell und prozessual weiter.

WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium in der Fachrichtung Controlling oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss.- Fundierte Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise von mindestens 5 Jahren, im Bereich Controlling bringen Sie mit.- Sie haben Erfahrung im Bereich Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft zeichnen Sie aus.- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeiten sind für Sie selbstverständlich.- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
