People Development Specialist

If so, this is your chance to join our #teamgreen as **People Development Specialist**(M/F/x) and leave your mark in a growing organization You will be supported by a Global People Team of around 15 colleagues.
**Your responsibilities are the following**:
- ** Own and refine our feedback and performance cycles** to ensure a seamless and impactful experience for everyone involved.
- ** Develop and implement career paths** in close partnership with the Global People Business Partner, including designing a sustainable training catalogue.
- Customize, test, and introduce tailored feedback solutions for diverse teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to **design and implement programs that drive employee growth** and deliver continuous development opportunities.
**Your skillset includes the following**:
- Min. 3-5 years of experience in people development, with a strong passion for shaping careers and culture.
- You thrive in PowerPoint, bringing ideas to life through compelling presentations.
- Familiarity with tools like Miro or Kanvas for knowledge sharing is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
