Du planst und strukturierst Deinen Arbeitstag gerne eigenverantwortlich? Du interessierst Dich für den Handel und willst Verantwortung für den Großraum Baden-Württemberg übernehmen? Als interner Auditor/ Revisor bei JYSK hast du vielseitige Aufgabenfelder und lernst unsere Stores im Detail kennen. Du nimmst in dieser Funktion eine überwachende und vor allem beratende Rolle ein. Neben den Mitarbeitenden in den Stores stehst du viel mit unseren Vertriebsführungskräften im Austausch.

**DEINE TÄTIGKEIT BEI JYSK**

Du planst im Homeoffice eigenständig deine wöchentlichen Besuche in unseren Stores. An ca. 3 Tagen der Woche bist Du aktiv in unseren Filialen im Einsatz.
- Durchführung von Prüfungen in den Filialen zur Einhaltung der Vorgaben im Umgang mit Vermögenswerten des Unternehmens, den Warenbeständen, sowie dem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Kontinuierliche Analyse und Bewertung der Filialkennzahlen in Vorbereitung der Store-Besuche
- Aktives Beraten und Trainieren der Mitarbeiter und Filial
- und Bezirksleitungen zu notwendigen Maßnahmen und Vorgehensweisen im Filialablauf
- Erstellung von Revisionsberichten zu den durchgeführten Prüfungen
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst und den Vertriebsführungskräften

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**
- Abschluss als Handelsfachwirt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung / Berufserfahrung mit einem großen Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Themen
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Excel
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Ein gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in der deutschen Sprache
- Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache sind von Vorteil
- Sicheres Auftreten, sowie Überzeugungs
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Reisebereitschaft ggfs. auch mit Übernachtungen
