About the Role

As a Senior Internal Auditor at ZF Group, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits of domestic and foreign companies within the organization. Your focus will be on ensuring the regularity, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent planning and execution of audits, including special audits, consulting services, and improvement projects.
  • Coordination of audit results with responsible management and reporting to Group management.
  • Identification, testing, and evaluation of business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency, as well as compliance with company requirements.
  • Contribution to and further development of risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional experience in internal auditing of an international company.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience in German and English.
  • Careful working style, assertiveness, and good communication skills combined with a confident demeanor and strong organizational, management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
