**Your role**

As a Sales Development Representative, your main responsibility will be nurturing our top sales pipeline in the DACH region by scheduling meetings for potential and existing customers. Our approach emphasizes community engagement over cold outreach. Utilizing your sales instinct, you will proactively contact leads and cultivate customer relationships with a solution-oriented approach. Collaboration with Account Executives, Consultants, and fellow Sales Representatives will be integral, under the guidance of our Berlin-based SDR Team Lead. Join us in our mission to convert content developers into delighted customers.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Achieving or surpassing monthly lead engagement goals, scheduling meetings and spotting new sales opportunities
- Qualifying, nurturing, and generating leads through multiple channels
- Expanding the pipeline via demand generation and targeted campaigns
- Conducting product/service presentations and contributing innovative sales ideas
- Help cultivating superior customer relationships with prospects

**What we seek**:

- Native-level German fluency with excellent English skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills in an independent environment
- 6+ months of sales or customer-centric experience is preferred
- Comfortable discussing software development and capable of presenting technical information
