**Your contribution**:

- You are responsible for **ensuring supplier quality and compliance with quality standards** for new construction and conversion measures at Vantage Towers' telecommunications sites
- ** Prepare, conduct and follow up on supplier audits** throughout Germany, including controlling of measures
- Conduct **jour fixe meetings, risk assessments, Q reviews and escalation meetings **with suppliers and develop measures to secure and stabilise critical supply chains
- ** Support and coach new suppliers **in the onboarding process in the area of processes and tools.
- Support the **analysis and further development of processes, structures and methods** in supplier management
- Support **cross-departmental projects** and topics and participate in them
- Act as a competent **contact person for all quality-relevant topics** in deployment

**What makes you stand out**:

- At least **4 years** of **professional experience** in e.g., in **quality assurance, supplier management and project management**:

- An **university degree**, or a comparable degree
- Extensive **knowledge of supplier audits, supply chains and acceptance processes**:

- Knowledge of **processes and workflows in the field of deployment** and in related specialist areas as well as knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, MS Sharepoint
- A strong **sense of quality, high flexibility and ability to work under pressure**:

- Fluent **German **(C1) and (very) good **English **(B2) skills written and spoken
