**Das erwartet dich als Teamleiter (m/w/d)**:

- Verantwortung für die strategische Ausrichtung des Portfolio-Managements und der strategischen Vermarktung unseres Portfolioelements New Ways of Working
- Operatives Management des Portfolios über den gesamten Portfolio Lifecycle
- Antizipieren von Kundenbedürfnissen und Übersetzung der Kundenanforderungen zu hochkomplexen Sachverhalten in nachhaltige Lösungen im Bereich New Ways of Working
- Fachliche Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Mitarbeitenden
- Schwerpunkt in der strategischen-konzeptionellen Beratung und Entwicklung im Bereich People Experience in allen Phasen unseres Lean Workplace Ansatzes
- Fachliche Steuerung von großen themen
- und bereichsübergreifenden Beratungsteams
- Aufbau und Pflege eines effektiven Netzwerks mit internen und externen Interessengruppen
- Ausbau und aktive Gestaltung der Gremienarbeit und Steuerungsboards

- Führungskompetenz und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Kund*innen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Lösungsgeschäft
- Spaß an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Die Fähigkeit die Entwicklung individueller Stärken im Team zu unterstützen
- Offenes Mindset in Bezug auf rollenbasiertes Arbeiten
