You’ll join more than 5,000 CARIDIANS already working on the latest vehicle features and functions like automated driving, state-of-the-art charging technology, as well as a new digital ecosystem. Together, we’re bringing sustainable change to one of the largest companies in the world.

**YOUR TEAM**:
You work directly on the implementation of ADAS/AD and Predictive Safety of the next generation. Your contribution creates customer-experiencing features on the way towards autonomous driving.
To do this, you are part of an interdisciplinary, networked, agile team. You will develop, test and experience the future of mobility from the concept phase to market readiness.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Manage projects for Predictive Safety functions along the whole lifecycle
- Be responsible for Predictive Safety customer function/features end-2-end (along whole functional chain: sensor, Algo, actuator)
- Manage a team which defines features, specify into requirements towards software and hardware components from a functional perspective
- Ensuring adherence and traceability of the requirements from functional specification to the software implementation (Automotive SPICE)
- Optimize methods and processes during the whole development
- Focus is to coordinate experts which are working on relevant systems and components to implement features and specified requirements
- Forward-looking analysis of relevant technology trends, their underlying technology and concepts

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Successfully completed a university degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry with a strong background in Predictive Safety Functions, project management, team coordination
- Working practice in cross-functional and agile teams, ideally with SAFe model (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills to assess challenging problems
- High level of own initiative, excellent communication skills, self-management and team orientation
- Fluent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
