- Du unterstützt bei der **Steuerung** **und Durchführung des gesamten Recruitingprozesses** - von der Formulierung des Anforderungsprofils über die Ansprache (Active Sourcing, Social Media, Netzwerke), die Bewerberkoordination und die Vorauswahl der Bewerber.
- Du verantwortest den reibungslosen und **bewerberzentrierten Kommunikationsfluss** in Zusammenarbeit mit den fachlichen Ansprechpartnern.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine **abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung **mit fundierter Berufserfahrung, ein* Studium* mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Personal, Erwachsenenbildung, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst **erste Erfahrungen** in einer vergleichbaren Recruiting-Rolle mit, idealerweise im IT-Umfeld.
- **Gängige Recruitingkanäle und Bewerberportale** sind dir bekannt oder Du bist offen, dich in das Thema einzuarbeiten.
