Stellenbeschreibung

Als Compliance Officer unterstützen Sie den Head of Compliance & Regulatory bei der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Pflege des Compliance-Management-Systems. Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Sicherstellung operativer Kontrollprozesse im Tagesgeschäft und koordinieren die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Unternehmen.
- Aufbau und stetige Weiterentwicklung eines Compliance-Management-Systems insbesondere in den Bereichen allgemeine Compliance (z.B. Betrugsprävention, Interessenkonflikte etc.) und ZAG/PSD II
- Analyse von Compliance Risiken und Entwicklung von Folgemaßnahmen
- Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance Monitoring Programmes und regelmäßige Durchführung von Kontrollen
- Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und regelmäßige Durchführung des Compliance-Reportings
- Analyse potenzieller Compliance-Verstöße, einschließlich der Einleitung und Begleitung von Untersuchungsmaßnahmen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Implementierung von Prozessen in die Geschäftsbereiche
- Vorbereitung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungsprogrammen für Mitarbeiterinnen bzw. Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte
- Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Anweisungswesens
- Bearbeitung von Compliance Anfragen von Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern der Concardis
- Begleitung interner und externer Prüfungen

Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ähnliches
- 5 Jahre oder mehr Erfahrungen im Compliance-Bereich einer Wirtschaftsprüfungs-/Beratungsgesellschaft, eines Finanzinstituts oder in der internen Revision eines Finanzinstituts mit Prüfungsschwerpunkt Compliance
- Kenntnisse des ZAG und der PSD II
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
