**Ihr Arbeitsgebiet**:
Als Communications Specialist sind Sie Teil unseres Content Desks Trading & Clearing im Bereich Group Communications & Marketing. In Ihrer Rolle treiben Sie die Kommunikationsaktivitäten des Geschäftsbereichs Trading & Clearing voran. Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen entwickeln Sie aktiv Kommunikationsstrategien und -inhalte und initiieren, steuern und überwachen deren Umsetzung. Sie fungieren als Pressesprecher/Pressesprecherin und bilden die Schnittstelle des Bereichs Group Communications & Marketing zum Fachbereich.

**Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie fungieren als Pressesprecher/Pressesprecherin für den Bereich Trading & Clearing und beantworten Medienanfragen
- Sie platzieren aktiv Geschäftsthemen und das Management in relevanten Medien und entwickeln starke Narrative
- Sie tragen zur PR-/Medienstrategie des Bereichs bei und setzen externe und interne Kommunikationsmaßnahmen um
- Sie beraten das Management in Fragen der internen und externen Kommunikation
- Sie fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne Stakeholder und Koordinator zwischen den jeweiligen Geschäftsbereichen und Group Marketing & Communications
- Sie entwickeln bestehende Kommunikationsformate weiter und implementieren neue kommunikative Ansätze
- Sie bauen ein umfassendes Fachwissen komplexer Finanzprodukte wie etwa Derivate auf

**Ihr Profil**:

- Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen in der internationalen Medienarbeit oder im Journalismus
- Erfahrung in einem B2B-Umfeld, idealerweise in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche wünschenswert
- Hohe Kommunikationsaffinität und Expertise in traditionellen und sozialen Medien
- Starkes Interesse an Wirtschafts-, Finanz
- und Technologiethemen
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientiert, kreativ und engagiert
- Kommunikative, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, belastbare Beziehungen zu Beschäftigten und Führungskräften aller Hierarchieebenen aufzubauen
- Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, in einem komplexen und internationalen Umfeld effizient zu arbeiten
- Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme runden Ihr Profil ab
