**Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d)**
in Voll
- oder Teilzeit. Auch Tätigkeiten als Werkstudenten oder auf Minijob-Basis sind bei uns mit individueller Vereinbarung möglich.

**Das sind deine neuen Arbeitsaufgaben**:
- Du bearbeitest Notruf
- (z.B. Pannen-/Unfallhilfe) und Serviceanfragen per E-Mail, Chat, Telefon oder Ticketsystem.
- Eigenständig leitest du alle notwendigen Schritte zur Lösung des Anliegens ein.
- Alle relevanten Informationen zur Bearbeitung werden von dir dokumentiert
