**Your role**:
As Lead AI Masterdata & Process Quality, you play a crucial role in shaping our fundamental processes in the field of master data management and process excellence. Your main task is to design, implement, and monitor comprehensive processes for AI data management, user authentication (B2B and B2C), as well as API data flows. By defining and implementing these processes, you establish a solid foundation for the future operational functioning of our master data-driven workflows, while also ensuring compliance with legal regulations such as KYC and AML.

**Your mission and responsibilities**:

- Process Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive AI-based processes for master data management, user management (B2B and B2C), and API data flows. Provide functional oversight for IT development to accurately build process and system components. Design process workflows that align with quality standards and enhance operational efficiency.
- Focus on Data Quality and Quality Management: Lead initiatives to maintain and enhance the quality of master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish data governance practices and data stewardship roles.
- User Management and Authentication: Define protocols for user management, price model control, risk classification parameters, including access controls, permissions, and authentication mechanisms. Create login processes for B2B partners and B2C customers, prioritizing a seamless and secure experience for our partners.
- Optimization of API Data Flows: Collaborate with highly experienced and professional IT and development teams to establish robust API data flows that meet the highest quality standards, enabling smooth data exchange for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance with Regulatory Requirements: Implement and monitor KYC and AML processes to ensure that all user data complies with legal requirements. Stay updated on regulatory changes and integrate necessary adjustments into existing processes.
- Process Excellence: Build an AI-powered monitoring and analytics function for continuous representation of process performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and risk mitigation.

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and optimizing data management processes from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of user management, API data flows, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML).
- Previous experience in the financial industry is desirable.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and principles.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate and inspire interdisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of executing process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
