In Deutschland produzieren und vermarkten wir hochwertige Musicals und Shows wie Disneys DER KÖNIG DER LÖWEN oder die Eigenproduktion TINA - Das Tina Turner Musical und betreiben darüber hinaus eigene Tourneen auch jenseits der laufenden Shows in insgesamt acht Theatern. Du bist Allrounder im Brand Management und liebst Live Entertainment? Dann bist Du bei uns richtig. Du wirst ein Team von 3 Brand Managern führen.

- ** Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und Vermarktungskampagnen der nationalen Shows über alle Kanäle, wobei Dein Ziel in der strategischen Positionierung & Entwicklung der Marken liegt**:

- ** Du steuerst die Contentstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen, Produktionspartner und angrenzenden Bereichen**:

- ** Du verantwortest den Bereich Social Media unter Nutzung von Sprinklr, entwickelst Kanalstrategien und stellst eine zielgruppengerechte und KPI getriebene Bespielung der Kanäle sicher**:

- ** Du hast Budgetverantwortung über alle Shows**:

- ** Und so nebenbei: Planung und Umsetzung von Saleswerbemitteln, POS Flächen und Theaterbranding, aktive Absprache mit Lizenzgebern und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von showspezifischer CI, Planung und Umsetzung von EPK Drehs**:

- ** Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder vergleichbare Ausbildung**:

- ** Mindestens 5 Jahre fachspezifische Berufserfahrung sowie idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kommunikationsbranche (z.B. Werbeagentur)**:

- ** Schön wären 2 Jahre fundierte Führungserfahrung**:

- ** Erfahrung in Markenmanagement und Markenführung, idealerweise aus der Markenartikel
- und Dienstleistungsbranche**:

- ** Kenntnisse des systematischen Vermarktungscontrollings**:

- ** hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Kompetenz**:
