Lead Quality & Training (w/m/x)

Deine Aufgaben
- Du verantwortest den erfolgreichen Aufbau unseres Quality und Training Bereichs im Customer-Care von MILES
- Du entwickelst eigenverantwortlich Projekte zur Einhaltung und Optimierung der Qualitätsstandards und setzt diese mit der Unterstützung deines eigenen Teams und in Zusammenarbeit mit den Customer-Care-Team-Leads um
- Du übernimmst die Erstellung von Trainingskonzepten mit klarem Fokus auf Online-Trainings und E-Learning Strategien, um eine vollständige Remote-Working-Solution inkl. Onboarding zu ermöglichen - du verantwortest auch die partielle Durchführung solcher Trainings
- Du führst regelmäßige Reviews, Audits und Analysen zu unseren internen sowie externen FAQ durch, um deren Nutzung weiter voranzubringen - so identifizierst du auch etwaige Prozess
- und Wissenslücken, die du dann durch ggf. abteilungsübergreifende Initiativen schließt
- Du bleibst durch die gelegentliche Bearbeitung von Tickets am Puls unserer Kund: innen und auf dem Laufenden, was deren Erwartungshaltung angeht

Was du mitbringst
- Du kannst auf einschlägige Quality-Management-Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Care sowie erste Führungserfahrung zurückgreifen
- Du bringst idealerweise eine Ausbildung zum Coach: in oder Trainer: in mit
- Du gehst die Dinge strukturiert und konzeptionell stark an, dabei helfen dir besonders deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten. Als Strateg: in denkst du immer einen oder auch zwei Schritte voraus.
- Du besitzt eine selbstbewusste und empathische Art, um dein Team authentisch zu begeistern
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr guten Niveau (C2) - jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus (bevorzugt Französisch oder Niederländisch)
