Aufgaben


Du leitest und begleitest unsere konzernweiten, strategischen und operativen Beratungsprojekte sowie deren Präsentationen, bspw. vor dem Management. Du verantwortest das übergreifende Controlling und Monitoring der einzelnen Programme, einschließlich Risiko- und Qualitätsmanagement. Du steuerst unsere Projektteams und den Leitern der Project Management Offices stehst du beratend zur Seite. Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung unserer Mitarbeitenden, um diese bestmöglich zu fördern, und unterstützt sie in ihrer individuellen Entwicklung. Du treibst die stetige Professionalisierung von TKMC mit voran.

Profil


Du besitzt eine fundierte, mindestens fünfjährige Erfahrung in einer namhaften Managementberatung oder in der Strategieabteilung eines Großkonzerns und kannst unterschiedliche Projektteams managen. Du hast deinen Master oder dein Diplom im Fach Wirtschafts- oder Naturwissenschaften bzw. Ingenieurwesen sehr gut abgeschlossen - idealerweise erweitert durch einen MBA oder eine Promotion an einer führenden Universität. Du bist kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch und ergänzt dies durch professionelles Auftreten sowie interkulturelle Kompetenzen und eine ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit. Du konntest deine hohe Führungskompetenz schon in unterschiedlichen Situationen unter Beweis stellen. Du bringst Flexibilität in Bezug auf deinen Projekteinsatzort mit.
