Für die Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) in Köln sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Application Specialist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung und Schulung von Ärzten und Mitarbeitern der Gesundheitsberufe, um die bestmögliche Nutzung der bereitgestellten Geräte für den Umfang und die Optimierung des Arbeitsablaufs zu gewährleisten
- Weitere Beratung der Kunden in allen system
- und anwendungsspezifischen Fragen / After Sales
- Unterstützung bei der individuellen Anpassung von Systemparametern und allen Arten von lokalen, individuellen Anforderungen,
- Einführung neuer Methoden / Arbeitsabläufe Technische und anwendungstechnische Unterstützung des Vertriebs (z.B. durch interne Schulungen und Geräte-Demos)
- Erster Ansprechpartner bei Kundenanfragen aus dem Feld

Qualifikation
- Fähigkeit analytisch, innovativ und strategisch zu denken
- Strukturiertes Herangehen bei der Umsetzung von Aufgaben und Projekten
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit Sicheres und aufgeschlossenes Auftreten
- Flexibilität, Anpassungsfähigkeit und positiver Umgang mit Herausforderungen in einem sich ändernden Umfeld
- Teamplayer
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft Ziel -und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des definierten Gebietes
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt
