**Position**:
In order to meet the societal challenges tackled by the individual KICs, an adequate supply of skilled human capital must be secured in response to industrial demand. A priority of cross-KIC Education activities should be to increase younger students’ interest in societal challenges, technology, and entrepreneurship. This is in line with EIT’s strategic objectives, which include strengthening activities at the school level. This mission is assigned to the EIT Youth work package, which is part of the Cross-KIC Strategic Education Cluster.

The Working Student will support the Cross-KIC Education Project Manager in the project’s development. Specifically, they will:

- Support the EIT Youth team with the project’s communication strategy and content creation;
- Conduct online research for assigned tasks;
- Assist in the development of the learning curriculum (including drafting language, preparing presentations etc.);
- Provide** **support in the planning and preparation of events/webinars (online or in-person), especially of the Women and Girls in STEM Forum: Girls Go Circular’s annual event to celebrate the success of the project, influence policy through an expert panel discussion on solutions to bridge the gender gap in STEM, and inspire Girls Go Circular students through a challenge and mentoring sessions;
- Assist in developing a quarterly newsletter for alumnae tailored to the needs and interests of a young audience to create and sustain a junior alumni community and promote EIT Youth activities;
- Support the team in any other administrative or project implementation tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- is currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s programme. Public Administration, Hospitality, Communication, Marketing, or similar fields would be preferable;
- is passionate about sustainability, education and contributing to closing gender gap;
- has the ability to learn quickly about new trends and topics;
- has an interest in social media communication and marketing;
- is proficient in Microsoft Office software;
- is attentive to detail, able to work in an international, fast-paced environment and shift between different tasks;
- is eager to learn new skills and processes and is willing to adapt to radically changing priorities;
- has excellent planning and organisational skills;
- is fluent in both spoken and written English.

The Working Student will report to the Cross-KIC Education Project Manager.
