**Main Responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist the marketing team in the execution of all local marketing activities across the networks, in conjunction with the global strategy and global marketing guidelines, brand values and business needs.
- Assist the marketing team in all local aspects of CRM campaigns, including reviewing eDMs, reviewing online pages and updating the eDM and homepage planners.
- Order appropriate marketing collateral and press samples, dispatch allocations per market, organize product seeding and monitor inventory.
- Assist the marketing team in the translation review process and translations were needed.
- Assist the marketing team in building and implementing marketing strategy for new store developments.
- Support the coordination and the execution of stores’ and external events, including customer communications, RSVP management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and running of the event.
- Assist the marketing team in scouting out opportunities with local potential partners.
- Support store managers with local marketing activities focused on gaining visibility in the neighbourhood.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Enrolled in a marketing study programme or a relevant field.
- Available full time for 4-6 months.
- A bility to collaborate with team members and the wider business.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change.
- Ambitious to experience working across multiple countries in the EU region.
- Deep affinity with the Aesop brand and its values.
- Fluent in English, additional European language will be highly regarded.
- Passion for the arts, literature, architecture, design and other cultural areas.
