Enpal, a leader in the renewable energy sector with its heart in Berlin and a key focus on the Italian market, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup and is passionate about making a significant impact in the world of renewable energy.

**Tasks**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the Italian market.
- Analyze data to draw insights and make informed, data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Lead and inspire a team, promoting a culture of collaboration and results-orientation.
- Manage financial aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency across various channels.
- Create tailored marketing strategies that resonate with our specific target audience in the renewable energy sector.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to diverse audiences.
- Set clear marketing KPIs and goals, regularly tracking and measuring success using analytics tools.
- Adapt and respond swiftly to the changing needs and dynamics of a startup environment.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor/Master degree ideally from a top-tier business school.
- Proficiency in various digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Strategic planning expertise, particularly in customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Financial acumen in evaluating marketing channel effectiveness
- Deep understanding of the target audience, particularly in the renewable energy sector
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate product/service value effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced setting

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in a startup environment
- Experience in the energy field, particularly renewable energy
