Here’s your chance to join Effective immediately, we’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer Streaming Services (all genders)** to become part of our newly built Design & Research Team within Beats & Bytes at our Headquarters in **Berlin**. It will be a **permanent full-time position** reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design.

**Your gig**:

- As an experienced passionate in design, you will set the stage: From analyzing the underlying jobs-to-be-done of the different user types to defining the best possible solutions for them, while being in the lead for the overall user experience and the definition of the high-class look and feel of your product
- You will guide external designers, oversee the design workflow and strive for best possible solutions
- To be successful in your role you will have direct exposure towards our users, be it artists, their partners and fans as well as internal stakeholders
- You will be an active part of the design team, spar your design work with your teammates and actively evangelize design topics

**We are keen to jam with you if you**:

- Know how to design the right things: You’re experienced in discovering user needs in a cross disciplinary set up of challenging stakeholders to lay a sustainable foundation of insights to properly define the problem space; you know which methodologies to use and play an active role in user research
- You contribute to the product vision, the product market fit and future opportunities, e.g., by visualizing the vision and sketching out holistic user journeys
- Design the things right: To find the best solution you create different design approaches to validate the user value along technical feasibility, business and brand goals; you are virtuosic in the definition of the visual appearance and the aesthetics of the product with all its facets, including typography, responsive and mobile/tv layouts, color, iconography
- You feel confident and comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English; German skills are a plus
