Here’s your chance to join Effective immediately, we’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer Streaming Services (all genders)** to become part of our newly built Design & Research Team within Beats & Bytes at our Headquarters in **Berlin**. It will be a **permanent full-time position** reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design.

**Your gig**:

- Analyze the jobs-to-be-done of diverse user types and define optimal solutions, taking the lead on overall user experience and high-class product look and feel
- You will guide external designers, oversee the design workflow and strive for best possible solutions
- To be successful in your role you will have direct exposure towards our users, be it artists, their partners and fans as well as internal stakeholders
- Foster a culture of design excellence within the department by sparring design work with teammates and evangelizing design principles and concepts

- You excel in uncovering user needs within challenging cross-disciplinary stakeholder environments, employing methodologies and user research to effectively define problem spaces
- You contribute to the product vision and strategy, the product market fit and future opportunities, e.g., by visualizing the vision and sketching out holistic user journeys
- To find the best solution you create different design approaches to validate the user value along technical feasibility, business and brand goals; you are virtuosic in the definition of the visual appearance and the aesthetics of the product with all its facets
- You feel confident and comfortable reading, writing, and speaking English; German skills are a plus
