entsteht eine Ressourcen-schonende Kreislaufwirtschaft.

Wir sind in den letzten Jahren exponentiell gewachsen und haben mittlerweile über 55.000 Mitglieder und gehören damit zu den größten Fahrradverleihern in Europa - doch wir fangen gerade erst an

Werde Teil unseres Teams in Berlin und gestalte maßgeblich den Erfolg von
Bike Club in Deutschland mit.

Aufgaben
- Du bist erste Anlaufstelle für Kund: innen rund um das Bike Club Abo, unser Sortiment und Services sowie dem Bestellvorgang
- Du übernimmst Teile des Community Management in unseren Social-Media-Kanälen und verbesserst kontinuierlich unsere FAQs
- Du managst unsere Abo-Mitgliederschaften, pflegst die Datenbank und stellst eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit allen Bike Club Familien sicher
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Kolleg: innen aus Operation und Marketing zusammen um stätig unsere Kundenzufriedenheit zu verbessern

Qualifikation
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Einfühlvermögen und Kundenzufriedenheit ist deine höchste Priorität
- Du fühlst dich in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld wohl und Multi-Tasking ist kein Fremdwort für dich
- Du hast eine positive Grundeinstellung, bist kommunikativ und behältst einen kühlen Kopf auch wenn es mal stressig wird
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau
- Interessierst dich für Nachhaltigkeit/Impact Themen
