- Im Team des Corporate & Shareholders Office arbeiten Sie an zentraler Stelle um die Gesellschafter von Heraeus, die Familienbeauftragte, den Aufsichtsrat und andere Gremien zu unterstützen.
- Ihre Aufgaben sind dabei vielfältig und anspruchsvoll. Das Team besteht aus Juristen und Managern, regelmäßig werden Sie auch eng mit der Geschäftsführung, dem Bereich Finance und der Steuerabteilung aber auch vielen anderen Bereichen von Heraeus zusammenarbeiten.
- Sie beraten insbesondere zu allen rechtlichen Themen, die in der Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesellschaftern, der Geschäftsführung, dem Aufsichtsrat und anderen Gremien auftreten. Diese werden überwiegend aus dem Gesellschaftsrecht stammen, aber auch andere Rechtsbereiche können relevant werden, bspw. Auszüge des Erb
- und Familienrechts oder auch des Steuerrechts.
- Zudem organisieren Sie Sitzungen der Gesellschafter, Aufsichtsrat und anderer Gremien und stellen sicher, dass diese rechtssicher vorbereitet und durchgeführt werden.
- Damit einher geht die Kommunikation mit den Gesellschaftern und Gremien zu rechtlichen, finanziellen und anderen Themen und der Verwaltung von Datenbanken für diese.
- Zudem interessieren Sie sich für digitale Lösungen und haben Freude, neue (digitale) Lösungen zur Zusammenarbeit mit den Gesellschaftern und Gremien im Team aufzusetzen und einzuführen.
- Fachlich und disziplinarisch berichten Sie an den Head of Corporate & Shareholders Office, das Team ist Teil von Legal & Responsibility (Rechtsabteilung) der Heraeus Business Solutions GmbH.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (Erstes und Zweites Staatsexamen oder Wirtschaftsrechtsstudium ) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Erfahrung oder Interesse an gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragen
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Kanzlei
- und/oder Industrieumfeld
- Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Innovationsfreude und Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen sowie die entsprechende Erfahrung, rechtliche Prozesse in digitale Lösungen zu überführen
- Hohes Maß an Vertraulichkeit und Integrität
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie exzellente Umgangsformen
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und „Hands-on“-Mentalität
- Selbstständige, zielgerichtete sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, die durch Präzision und Verlässlichkeit gekennzeichnet ist
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sie begeistern Menschen mit Ihrer freundlichen Art und haben Spaß bei dem, was Sie tun
