Für den Bereich Corporate Finance Accounting in Hamburg suchen wir einen
**Accounts Payable Administrator (m/w/d)** dessen Engagement und Sorgfalt die Basis dafür sind, dass wir selbst höchste Anforderungen von Kunden erfüllen können.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Sachkontierung von Eingangsrechnungen im DMS-System
- Bearbeitung von Eingangsrechnungen im EDI-Format in den verschiedenen Vorsystemen
- Aufruf, Überprüfung und Durchführung der Zahlläufe im Buchhaltungsprogramm Kreditoren
- und Zwischenkontenpflege
- Bearbeitung von eingehenden Mahnungen
- Auslesen, Prüfen und Ergänzen von Rechnungsdaten in den Rechnungsbearbeitungs-Systemen
- Archivierung von Buchhaltungsdokumenten im DMS-System
- Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei Projekten

**Ihr Können**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Eine sehe sorgfältige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Starke Team-Orientierung
- Flexibilität bei der Anwendung verschiedener EDV-Systeme
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Office-Anwendungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
