In 19 Galerien weltweit und online laden wir unser Publikum ein, Kunst in all ihren Facetten zu erleben. Unser gut kuratiertes Programm umfasst mehr als 3000 Arbeiten von rund 250 etablierten Künstlern und vielversprechenden Newcomern und darüber hinaus historische wie zeitgenössische Werke aus ausgewählten Archiven.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Erstklassige und engagierte Kundenberatung als Kern deiner Tätigkeit
- Aufbau und Pflege dauerhafter Beziehungen zu unseren treuen Stammkunden
- Schaffung eines einzigartigen Besuchs
- und Kauferlebnisses durch Storytelling hinter den Kunstwerken
- Post-Sales-Kundenbetreuung zur Förderung der Kundenbindung
- Unterstützung bei der Präsentation und Lagerverwaltung der Kunstwerke
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Events, inklusive Vernissagen und Artist Talks
- Multi-Channel-Engagement: Online-Betreuung unserer Kunden via Chat und Video
**Dein Profil**:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel und ausgeprägte Leidenschaft für Verkauf und Beratung
- Idealerweise eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder Qualifikationen in den Bereichen Fotografie, Kunst oder Design
- Keine Vorkenntnisse im Kunstmarkt erforderlich; deine Persönlichkeit und Begeisterung stehen im Fokus
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Stilbewusstes und sicheres Auftreten
- Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben in ruhigen Phasen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
