Für unseren M THE CONCEPT Store in Berlin suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Sales Associate (m/w/d), welcher uns bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung unseres Concept Stores unterstützt und die faszinierende Synergie zwischen Fashion & Furniture an unsere Kund:innen vermittelt.

Hierbei übernimmst Du die folgenden verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeiten:

- Fachkompetente Beratung und aktiver Verkauf auf der Fläche, um eine langfristige Kundenbindung zu realisieren
- Aktive Kundenansprache sowie sicheres Führen und Abschließen von Verkaufsgesprächen
- Gewinnung von Stammkund:innen und serviceorientierte Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
- Regelmäßiges Visual Merchandising, welches an die lokalen Anforderungen angepasst ist, sowie In-Store Warenpräsentation, um den Abverkauf positiv zu beeinflussen
- Kassenabschluss und Datenpflege

Für diese Position begeisterst Du uns mit dem folgenden Qualifikationsprofil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Einzelhandel
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Retail-Bereich, vorzugsweie im HAKA-Bereich eines Luxus-Fashion-Hauses sowie Furniture
- Vorhandensein eines fundierten Stammklientel im Umkreis von Berlin
- Hohe Kundenorientierung
- Ausgeprägtes Organsationstalent
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeite und eine positive Ausstrahlung
- Flexibel und zuverlässig
