**Your Tasks**:

- ** Strategic Leadership**:Oversee the development of seven backend products, ensuring their alignment with our overarching business goals and strategic initiatives, such as the implementation of our global Omni-Channel strategy and the expansion of our Marketplace concept
- ** Team Management**:Assume disciplinary responsibility for a growing team of Product Owners, reporting directly to the Vice President and collaborating closely with the Engineering Delivery Lead
- ** Vision and Roadmap**:Planning: Responsible for defining the vision and roadmap of the checkout and payment domain, aligning with the strategic and business objectives of the company
- ** Performance Monitoring**: Monitor the performance of product teams, set measurable goals, and guide the team towards achieving excellence, making key decisions to navigate challenges and trade-offs
- ** Innovation and Coaching**:Drive innovation and cultivate an open, future-oriented mindset within the teams. Empower and coach Product Owners to effectively manage their products, lead their teams, and orchestrate their deliverables

**Your Profile**:

- ** Experienced Agile Leader**:Proven experience in a big Agile organization as a Head of Product or as a Senior Product Owner (M/F/d) with a deep understanding of agile principles and value creation in agile organization
- ** Business Sense**: Excellent judgment in business matters and the ability to handle uncertain situations confidently and sucessfully collaborate with various stakeholders with different backgrounds and profiles
- ** Communication and Leadership Skills**: Outstanding communication, presentation, and moderation skills, capable of handling multiple product teams and topics simultaneously, even in conflict situations
- ** Educational Background and Language Proficiency**: A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Fluent in English and German. Knowledge of checkout and payment processes, accounts receivable management, finance, and controlling in a multi-channel retail environment

As the Lead Product Owner (M/F/d), you will lead the development and integration of several key backend products including eReceipt, Cross-Pay, and Cross-Channel Checkout. Your leadership will directly contribute to the strategic initiatives of the company, aligning with our global Omni-Channel strategy, expanding our Marketplace offerings, and enhancing service propositions like smartphone insurance. You will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of our payment platform, introducing innovative payment methods and optimizing our Omni-Channel checkout experiences. As a visionary in our organization, your work will not only shape our product landscape but also drive our business success in an ever-evolving retail environment.
