Founding Product Designer

We are looking for someone to lead our product efforts, are you up for it?
Tasks
Design & Development
- Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
- Develop and iterate on design prototypes, wireframes, and user flows.
- Ensure that all designs are in alignment with usability and accessibility standards.
User Experience & Testing
- Develop and implement user testing plans to gather feedback and insights.
- Analyze user feedback and website analytics to optimize the user experience.
- Use A/B testing to validate design concepts and implement improvements.
Product Management
- Define and refine product value propositions, ensuring they align with user needs and business goals.
- Manage the product design lifecycle from concept through to implementation and iteration.
- Coordinate with developers, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure design cohesiveness and project timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, web standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- you like to work in a small team & start-up
- like to have autonomy, ownership and responsibility from day 1
- Previous work on digital platforms and mobile app design is preferred
- Fluent in English & ideally German
