We are on the lookout for a **Product Designer** to join the **Kitchens Product** team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Join us in scaling one of the largest cloud kitchen networks in the food delivery industry.
As a Product Designer, your work will directly shape how we acquire and grow food brands across kitchens. You’ll contribute to building a data-driven, machine learning-powered, CRM product that redefines how cloud kitchens operate. Together with the founding designer, you will lead initiatives that delight users, such as kitchen managers and business developers, in both established and new countries, enhance food partners' lifetime value, and strengthen Delivery Hero's leadership in key markets.
From user research and ideation to delivery and iteration, you’ll play a key role in the full product development lifecycle.
**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in product design
- Hands-on experience in conducting user research
- Strong problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a structured, thoughtful approach
- Proven ability to advocate user needs, owning user-centric design choices and empowering cross-functional teams toward shared goals
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration, including early-stage co-creation with product managers, seamless hand-offs and encouraging ideation with engineers, collaborating with data specialists to inform choices
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with multiplayer products (Gaming, CRM, multi-user environments..)
