**Process Supervisor (M/F/d)**:

- LOCATION: Hamburg, DE, 22419
- DEPARTMENT: Production

**MISSION**: Supervise concrete tower production stages, assuring the teams have enough manpower and tools, so the set goals established by the company quality standards could be achieved.

**TASKS**:

- Plan daily activities for the production teams.
- Keep staff levels within budgeted hours.
- Ensure plant safety programs are followed.
- Maintain employee and job schedules.
- Work closely with other departments including the scheduling department for area of responsibility.
- Manage inventories and coordinate with other departments.
- Understand that all injuries, even if minor, shall be reported to management and/or the safety office.
- Working with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and designing new ones.
- Inform the Quality Manager about the detected deviations and incidences during the process.
- Training new employees on processes and policies to ensure effective operations.
- Monitoring and improving production quality by observing machinery or talking with workers or supervisors.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Higher Education (HNC).
- Experience in production processes.
- Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, experience with self-compacting concrete
- Experience as production supervisor or similar position.
- Availability to travel: this position will require to be all of the time on site, location changes to new projects as the previous ones are finished.
- High English level.
- Machinery, equipment, and software knowledge.
- Capable to work in teams.
- Methodical and analytical skills
