Aufgaben
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die (Weiter-) Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Personalstrategie, Strukturen, Prozesse und Systeme
- Sie beraten und betreuen unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Sie führen die konstruktive und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat fort
- Sie sind primärer Ansprechpartner bei juristischen Fragestellungen zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Sie gestalten aktiv die Entwicklung, Implementierung und Einhaltung von HR-Standards und begleiten Veränderungsprozesse

Qualifikation
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der operativen Personalarbeit
- Sie haben sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort + Schrift
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist von hoher Eigenverantwortung und Kollegialität geprägt
- Sie können sich gut mit dem industriellen und internationalen Arbeitsumfeld identifizieren
