Tasks
- Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Geschäftskunden (Veranstaltern) und internen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Finance, Kundenservice und Account Management zusammen, wenn neue Events eingerichtet und Informationen zu diesen Events kommuniziert werden.
- Du trägst die für neue Veranstaltungen relevanten Informationen zusammen, überprüfst diese und erfasst sie in unseren proprietären Ticketsystemen gemäß bewährter Verfahren und etablierter Qualitätsstandards inklusive abschließender Kontrolle aller Event-Details vor Verkaufsstart.
- Du verwaltest und aktualisierst bestehende Events in unseren Ticketsystemen.
- Du unterstützt unsere Geschäftskunden bei all ihren Event-Management-Anforderungen und berätst sie hinsichtlich der Nutzung von Ticketmaster Anwendungen, die sich auf Event-Management-Prozesse beziehen.

**Requirements**:

- Du besitzt idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Ticketing oder der Live Entertainment Branche.
- Du besitzt ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
- Du hast einen routinierten Umgang mit MS Office.
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und besitzt eine gut strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Du bist äußerst zuverlässig und belastbar.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprache(n) sind ein Plus.
