Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- **Digitalisierung und Weiterentwicklung **der Projektmanagement
- und Businessprozesse
- Etablierung des **Anforderungsmanagements **als Grundlage für die Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareteams
- Stärkung des **Wissensaustauschs **zum Thema Businessanalysis
- **Austausch mit Zentralfunktionen **und anderen firmeninternen Digitalisierugsoffices
- **Qualitätssicherung **und Erstellung der notwendigen Dokumentation
- **Bereitstellung von Datenauswertungen **und Informationsplattformen für das Management der zentral Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsabteilung

Sie setzen sich persönlich für die Belange der Digital Transformation und deren Stakeholdern ein, geben ihnen eine hohe Priorität. Dabei bauen Sie eine vertrauensvolle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit auf, um die Digitalisierung der Businessprozesse in der zentralen R&D erfolgreich zu unterstützen. Ihr offener und direkter Kommunikationsstil sowie Ihr fairer Umgang im Team und mit Stakeholdern runden Ihr Profil ab.

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Abgeschlossener Abschluss in **Wirtschaftsinformatik **, **Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen **oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Gute Erfahrung in **Businessprozessen und **Digitalisierungsthemen**:

- Gute Kenntnisse der **gängigen Projekt Management Software **wie z.B. Microsoft Projects, MS Access, JAMA, KLUSA, JIRA usw. - SQL, HTML, javascript Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens **3-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung mit Projektplanung und Projektmanagement **idealerweise von Vorteil
- **Partnerschaftliches Verhalten **, hoher Qualitätsanspruch, fairer und respektvoller Umgang mit internen Kunden und Schnittstellen
- Fließende **Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse **in Wort und Schrift

Die zentrale Entwicklungsabteilung
**“Design Enabling and Services” (DES) **stellt die Design Umgebungen (Design-Systeme) für die verschiedenen Produktentwicklungs-Teams bei Infineon zur Verfügung. Mit modernsten Design Methoden, komplexen Schaltungsblöcken und einem breiten Angebot an Entwicklungs-Services ermöglicht DES die fortschrittliche IC Entwicklung bei Infineon, sprich die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette vom abstrakten System-Modell bis zum vollstandig Layout des Produkts, womit die fehlerfreie Fertigungsfähigkeit sicherstellt wird.
